Immersive Yoga at Motopol

Dynamic Vinyasa flow that will engage multiple muscle groups as well as senses using music, light or scent.
All levels are welcome. We are aiming to create a safe space for the practice and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can stay after class to hang out.

Donation based
Our classes operate on a pay-what-you-want basis, with a suggested contribution of 60 DKK per class. Your contribution is entirely anonymous, allowing everyone, regardless of their financial situation, to join. Feel free to give what feels right for you, and thank you for your support.

Equipment
Bring your own mat. Changing rooms and storage for belongings available at the venue.
