A NEW YEARS Celebration of YOU

Dear YOU,
The intention for this gathering is to come together and celebrate the end of the year. New Year’s Eve can come with quite some pressure and expectations, therefore this will be an invitation to meet, nurture and immerse yourself into practices of dance, sauna, sound, meditation, touch and writing.

It’s an invitation to connect in authenticity to what is present right now and to open up to receive whatever might come in the year that waits ahead.

PROGRAM:
– Ceremonial cacao
– Meditation and sharing
– Dance and movement exploration
– Writing reflections
– Sauna

To be able to feel the effect of the cacao, we recommend you to eat light in the morning and avoid drinking coffee.
We won’t have a break, but bring some snacks to eat during or after.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
The workshop is facilitated by Malou and Janni, both are teachers at Rört in Dance, Yoga and Shake the dust, and share a passion for movement, growth, freedom and connection.

-A cup for cacao
-Water bottle
-A notebook and pen
-2 towels
