Working life as a professional performer or creative artist is wonderful, but also complex and sometimes challenging. The high number of project hires and the limited economy that often characterises performing arts productions can make it difficult to maintain a good work-life balance.

This workshop will therefore be about creating a harmonious balance between artistic passion and everyday demands.

It is important to find the right balance between your personal life, your artistic ambitions and work tasks when the boundaries are fluid and you have to deal with a lot of uncertainty and often have to bear a lot of responsibility yourself.

Discover the possibilities of shaping the framework for your working life. Through dialogue and reflections, you will gain tools to navigate the dynamic landscape of an artist’s working life.

This Open Source is led by producer and certified process manager in the GRO tool Priscilla S. Lind Rasmussen and with as special guest and contributor to the event is producer Sofie Pedersen.

We’re excited to announce that we’re now opening up for all professional non-members of the industry to participate, so you can bring a friend or project partner along. The fee is DKK 125 – but still free for members.
