Primal Play Copenhagen – December

Welcome to Primal Play

When we feel safe, we play.
Just like animals we can connect without words. Through the language of movement, touch, sound, and breath, we immerse ourselves in a space, where we meet others without the constraints of words, allowing each encounter to organically evolve. This workshop encourages authentic connections without the burden of goals, judgments, or expectations. Here, everything is welcome, whether it’s cuddling, wrestling, playful moments, or heartfelt tears.

Primal play serves as a courageous arena, allowing you to practice moving toward your desires while respectfully moving away from what doesn’t align with your preferences. It provides a unique opportunity to engage with your curiosity, honor your desires, and establish boundaries through the language of the body.

All are welcome, regardless of prior experience. Every exercise is entirely voluntary. During the workshop, pairs rotate, giving you the freedom to choose your playmate.

Primal Play is a practice from Embodied Intimacy and is inspired from Ritual Play.

Who can join?
Anyone is welcome and no previous experience is needed. This is not a couples workshop and there will be rotating pairs where you can choose who you would like to pair up with

Refund Policy: You can get 50% back until 2 weeks before the event if you for any reason want to cancel. Within 2 weeks before a refund is not possible, but you are always welcome to sell it/give it to someone else and inform me about it.

About the facilitator:
My passion is to explore slow intimacy and authenticity in relationships. I hold space for couples, women and groups for gentle relational healing through practises like Primal Play and Tantric Ropes. I have a background of studying and working with Embodied Intimacy for several years and have dedicated have work to embodiment and authentic connection.
I am studying to become a Gestalt- & Psychotherapist and have studied Tantric Ropes with Andy Buru.
