Rhythmic Riot w/ Jolie & Rosa Maluna

Riots of heavy bass, deep sounds and groovy global rhythms will dominate the evening, as the night’s duo will be bringing unique selections from around the world. Be ready to merge with the sound in the space and feel the riot experience when you will be listening to everything from the exploratory deep Detroit House to the raw Gqom.

JOLIE [she/her] is based in Copenhagen, born in Aarhus and of Tanzanian descent, exploring sounds from Africa and the African diaspora. From beats with Highlife samples to Gqom, Kuduro and beyond, she aspires to bring you unique selections, old and new that are not necessarily found on the top music charts. She is not new to music and aims to spread heaps of knowledge, range and soul.

ROSA MALUNA [she/her] (DK, CPH / ALL WE NEED)
Rosa Maluna is a Copenhagen born and based DJ. Since summer 2023 she has been a resident DJ and organizer with the club concept All We Need, throwing soulful house parties in Copenhagen. For years she has been a key dancer in the Copenhagen house dance community, and still just recently, Rosa has extended her love for house dance and has made the move from the dance floor to the DJ-booth, where her wisdom of movement is transformed into engaging house music. Although her anchor is in house, and her sets are mainly dominated by deep house, Detroit house, Chicago house, soulful house, broken beat and garage – she loves to make her way into baile funk, gqom, jungle, batida and beyond as the overall music lover that she is. So from Rosa Maluna you can expect tracks that have catching and exploratory rhythms, punching basslines and everything to make you move on the dancefloor.
