Stråla Yoga with Lisbeth every Friday at 9am.
Stråla Yoga is inspired by the wisdom of Tai Chi and Qigong and stands out from any other yoga form with its focus on the process of moving more than making a pose. You will be guided to connect with your breath and let it support your moves. Create deep awareness of your body, and a spacious feeling as you flow into a feelgood universe.
People in all levels can join, and everyone is very welcome.
About Lisbeth our teacher:
Lisbeth truly believes that yoga is for everyone, and since 2013 she has been leading yoga to a wide variety of people. Her focus is to create a safe and inspiring space, for you to create deep awareness of your body and empower you to find what feels good through mindful practice.
