The journey of facilitating Womens Sharing Circles in Copenhagen started 4 years ago. It warms my heart when women connect with each other in person, online, at event venues, my own apartment or outdoors.
Attending WSC in Copenhagen from the time they were still a triangle, I deeply know that they have served me so much and so well and have helped me regain trust in women. I started facilitating with the intention to give back to the community and spread the word of sisterhood.

🟡 THEME: SELF-WORTH

Chances are, you’ve heard of the many, many “self-” words. One of the most vital “self-” concept of them all is self-worth.

Having a sense of self-worth means that you value yourself, and having a sense of self-value means that you are worthy.
Self-worth is a deep knowing that I am of value, that I am loveable, necessary to this life, and of incomprehensible worth.

🟡 WHY COME TO THE WOMEN’S SHARING CIRCLE:
A women’s sharing circle is about coming together with our authentic selves and powerful stories with no labels or judgment. We gather the many beautiful and unique faces of women to share our collective identity as a multi-dimensional sisterhood.

This is an opportunity to take off the titles of attentive mom, strong businesswoman, high-achieving student, dutiful wife, etc. And instead, discover who you are underneath it all.
You can expect your deepest expression to be fully heard, enjoy partner activities to expand your self-awareness, receive self-care/love tips to take home, shared group experiences that invoke sisterhood, and a more meaningful perspective on what it means to be a woman in today’s society.
