Yoga Drop-In Classes

🌈 Ever wanted to try YOGA, but didn’t know where to start? Did a bit of yoga, but maybe missing inspiration or a community? Or just looking for a new place to expand your yoga repertoire? 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️
Whatever your starting point is, we are here to guide you through an open level vinyasa class every Sunday! 🤩

What is vinyasa? Vinyasa simply means connecting movement with breath. Through the class, the teacher will guide you through a series of movement and positions while breathing deeply. 🐈 This helps to stretch your body and focus your mind and will leave you feeling soft, relaxed and clear headed, ready to start a new week. ☺️

Who can join? The class is open for anyone, whether you have experience with yoga or if this is your first time trying it 💕 The teacher is a certified instructor 🤓 and will offer variations throughout the class, to make it as comfortable and as challenging as you would like.

🙏 Remember, yoga is not about bending yourself into superhuman shapes, it’s about listening to your body and finding calm – we always encourage you to listen to the limitations of your body so you can practice safely. Also, if you have any injuries or illnesses that might affect you during the class in any way, please let the teacher know before hand so we can show the proper consideration

What do I need to bring?
– a yoga mat
– clothes that allow you to move freely
– a water bottle
Please arrive a little before class so we have time to check you in at the booth.

Price:
60 kr. for students
75 kr. for non-students.
If you buy a punch card, you can use it for our yoga, bachata and salsa classes.
